License Agreement
This License Agreement governs your use of the vvAgriculture mobile application. Please read this agreement carefully before downloading or using the application.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, vvAgriculture grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the vvAgriculture mobile application on your mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the application
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the application
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the application
- Use the application for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
- Distribute, sell, lease, rent, lend, or sublicense the application
- Use the application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
3. Intellectual Property
The vvAgriculture application, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and shall remain the exclusive property of vvAgriculture and its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, trade names, or any other intellectual property of vvAgriculture.
4. User Data and Privacy
The application may collect and process certain data about your use of the application and your device. By using the application, you consent to the collection and use of this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
5. Updates and Modifications
vvAgriculture may from time to time provide updates, upgrades, or modifications to the application. Such updates may be automatically downloaded and installed. You agree that vvAgriculture may update the application without providing notice to you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. vvAgriculture DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL vvAgriculture BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or vvAgriculture. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling and destroying all copies of the application. vvAgriculture may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
9. Agricultural Use Specific Terms
The application is designed for agricultural management purposes. The information provided should be used as a guide only and should not replace professional agricultural advice. You acknowledge that agricultural decisions based on the application's data are made at your own risk.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where vvAgriculture is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Agreement Acceptance
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE vvAgriculture APPLICATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
